By accessing or using Iguana Prompt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Iguana Prompt is a web-based prompt library that allows users to store, organise, and reuse AI prompts. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.
You must sign in via Manus OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You retain full ownership of the prompts and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your prompts to train AI models or share them with third parties.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iguana Prompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
